Welcome!

In the 1980's, I felt very frustrated and discouraged with all of the distressing news about the environment I was hearing each and every day. I wanted to help but as an individual, but didn't know what to do. It was my experience that once people understood an issue and how it was affecting them, they did care and wanted to help.

I founded Environmental ALERT Report to Educate the general public about environmental issues by: explaining about a particular issue, demonstrating how this issue affects the viewer directly and most importantly - letting the viewer know specific actions that can be taken to affect change on that particular issue.

Engagement

In 2019 Environmental ALERT Report was part of the Zimbabwean Elephant Coalition. A coalition of organizations from all over the globe who came together to stop the export of 37 captured juvenile elephants to zoos in China.

Outreach

Environmental ALERT Report is also working in conjunction with Sibanye Animal Welfare and Trust Conservancy in Zimbabwe to help educate villagers with non-lethal methods of dealing with human wildlife conflict and to change attitudes toward wildlife.

Goal

To affect environmental change through individual empowerment and education.

Our Mission

To affect change on environmental issues by empowering individuals through education and providing specific tasks for the viewer to bring about change
